Narcis Stack (YK-11 + GW-501516 + MK-677)

What is Narcis Stack (YK-11 GW-501516 MK-677)?

The combination of YK-11, Cardarine (GW1516), and MK-677 (Ibutamoren Mesylate) is gaining popularity in research works because of its ability to potentially improve muscle growth, fat loss, endurance, and recovery. Because of the vast distribution of androgen receptors (AR), combining Cardarine and MK-67 with YK-11 may result in a broader range of tissue targets to deliver its actions.

Narcis Stack (YK-11 GW-501516 MK-677) contains YK-11, Cardarine, and MK-677. Available in two variants:

• Each tablet form contains 25mg Cardarine, 13mg YK-11, and 25mg MK-677 per tablet, totaling 63 mg each. Available in:
  • 20 tablets (1260 mg total)
  • 40 tablets (2520mg total)
• The liquid form contains 1000mg Cardarine, 560mg YK-11, and 1000mg MK-677
  • 83 mg per ml in a 30ml bottle (2500mg total)

Possible Combined Benefits of YK-11 GW-501516 MK-677 Formula

• Enhanced Muscle Growth: The combination of YK-11’s myostatin inhibition with MK-677’s muscle-building actions results in considerable muscle mass growth.
• Improved Endurance and Stamina: Cardarine’s endurance-enhancing properties complement MK-677’s enhanced energy and exercise effects.
• Accelerated Fat Loss: Both Cardarine and MK-677 promote fat reduction by increasing fat oxidation and metabolic rate.
• Increased Strength and Power: YK-11 and MK-677 may have a synergistic effect on muscle growth and strength development.
• Better Recovery and Reduced Muscle Wasting: MK-677 may support recovery and minimize muscle wasting, which is especially advantageous during severe training sessions or calorie deficits.

What is YK-11?

YK-11 is a selective androgen receptor myostatin inhibitor. Like natural androgens, YK-11 enters the cell’s cytoplasm and binds to the AR, generating a YK-11-AR complex that regulates transcriptional responses. The effects of YK-11-AR complexes differ depending on cofactor recruitment, AR expression patterns, and tissue-specific regulatory contexts. Because AR is widely distributed throughout the body, YK-11 demonstrates varied functions across different tissues, including potentially boosting skeletal muscle growth, lowering prostate size, and blocking breast cancer growth, all without major systemic adverse effects. [R].

How does YK11 work?

The novel androgen receptor (AR) partial agonist YK11 activates AR without requiring the N/C interaction and greatly increases important myogenic regulatory factors (MRFs) in muscle tissue, promoting anabolic activity. It increases the levels of follistatin, a protein that suppresses myostatin. Myostatin affects muscle growth; hence, inhibiting it with YK-11 may result in more muscular development [R]. Lowering the myostatin production in muscle tissue stimulates follistatin production and boosts muscle growth[R] [R].

YK-11 works as a partial androgen receptor (AR) agonist by increasing the production of follistatin (FST) and targeting specific genes like myostatin (GDF8). This helps bones and muscles grow. Its myogenic benefits depend on NF-&kappa B signaling, which has been shown to stop muscle loss during sepsis. [R].

YK11 Investigations

• Potentially promotes muscle development while suppressing myostatin[R]
• Potentially increase muscle strength [R]
• It may potentially enhance muscle hypertrophy, which reverses muscle wasting during sepsis recovery and suppresses the inflammatory environment.[R]
• It may potentially facilitate the development of bone tissue and potentially treat osteoporosis [R]

YK11 Safety and Side Effects

YK-11 has not yet undergone clinical studies. Nonetheless, its high anabolic effects may induce substantial hormonal imbalances, as demonstrated by some test subjects who use performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs)[R]. As with any other drug, unregulated dosing and adulteration of YK-11 may lead to drug-induced liver injury, thus, caution must be practiced [R].

What is Cardarine?

Cardarine (GW501516), also known as Endurubol, is a Peroxisome proliferator-activator receptor-delta (PPARβ/δ) agonist that was developed in the 1990s by GlaxoSmithKline and Ligand Pharmaceuticals to treat metabolic and cardiovascular illnesses. Several studies on various metabolic-related ailments such as obesity, lipid disorders, dyslipidemia, and cardiovascular disease are being done in an attempt to better understand its potential benefits [R].

How does Cardarine work?

Cardarine regulates fatty acid oxidation in skeletal muscle and adipose tissue. It reduces lipid levels by boosting fatty acid oxidation without causing oxidative damage. Cardanine could possibly have a significant role in metabolic adaptations to diets with high saturated fat [R].

When used in conjunction with exercise or at higher concentrations on its own, Cardarine triggers key markers of energy expenditure adaptation, including mitochondrial biogenesis, fatty acid oxidation, a switch to oxidative muscle fibers, and enhanced insulin sensitivity through AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK). This mechanism may potentially improve metabolic diseases and dystrophies and inevitably boost athletic performance [R].

Cardarine Investigations

• Improving the condition of individuals suffering from metabolic syndrome [R]
• It may potentially increase muscle endurance [R]
• Potential Duchenne muscular dystrophy treatment [R]
• It may have the potential to improve lipid profile. [R]

Cardarine Safety and Side Effects

Cardarine may improve endurance, weight loss, and cardiovascular health, but its safety is questionable. Cancer risk and other unknown effects over time are being investigated. Therefore, there is a need for additional research to fully understand the risks and benefits of Cardarine.

What is MK-677?

Ibutamoren Mesylate (MK-67 or LUM-201) was developed as the first peptidomimetic drug to mimic Growth Hormone-Releasing Peptide (GHRP), otherwise referred to as growth hormone secretagogue. Currently, MK-677 benefits are being developed for children with growth hormone deficiency (GHD) to restore growth hormone levels to normal [R].

How does MK-677 work?

Growth hormone secretagogue MK-677 binds to ghrelin receptors to release GH and IGF-1. Once bound, MK-67 predominantly occupies the bottom space of the ghrelin-binding pocket, and the structures of ghrelin- and ibutamoren-bound GHSR share a similar overall shape, with minor structural changes in the top area. This binding was discovered to not only improve the pulsatile release of GH but also function as an antagonist to somatostatin, allowing GH levels to remain elevated for up to 360 minutes following a single oral dose [R].[R].

MK-677 Investigations

• It may promote bone formation and resorption in aged test subjects [R][R]
• May potentially treat childhood-onset growth hormone deficiency [R][R]
• It may improve nutritional status in test subjects with end-stage renal disease [R]
• It may potentially reduce body fat mass, especially in obese test subjects [R][R]
• It may prevent a decline in fat-free mass and decrease abdominal visceral fat [R].

MK-677 Safety and Side Effects

MK-677 (Ibutamoren) is generally considered safe, but as with any medicine, it may have negative effects. Clinical trials have investigated its safety profile, specifically its effect on growth hormone (GH) levels and metabolic activities. Hence, the potential risk of MK-677 promoting the growth of existing tumors and its long-term impact on heart health is unknown and requires further investigation [R].
