Mechanism of Action

Cagrilinditde works by imitating the hormone amylin, which may help regulate appetite and slow digestion. By delaying gastric emptying, it can potentially increase feelings of fullness and reduce overall food intake.
These actions make Cagrilintide a valuable compound for research related to appetite suppression, weight management, and obesity.

Research Applications

Appetite Control Studies: Cagrilintide is being studied for its potential to influence hunger and fullness signals, which may make it useful in appetite suppression research.

Metabolic Disorder Research: This peptide may provide insights into weight regulation, fat storage, and potential treatments for conditions like obesity and type-2 diabetes.

Weight Management Studies: Research is exploring how Cagrilintide may help with weight loss by slowing digestion and increasing the feeling of fullness.
